I’ve been employed with The Charlotte Observer for 16 years and CCS has been a vendor of ours since before then. For as long as I can remember, we have been given nothing less than the best in customer service. I cannot recall in 16 years a time where I was told “no” or “we can’t do that.”

 

CCS is by all means one of our favorite vendors here at the Observer. There have been countless attempts by other cartridge dealers to gain our business – some have even tried to underbid CCS, but CCS gives us a great product at competitive prices, with exceptional service and timely delivery to top it off! Who would let go of such a valuable vendor?

 

Overall, I believe CCS would never be as successful as they are if it weren’t for the beautiful people that work there.
